Learning Observed
Jasonta participated in the KDEC sports day.She attempted all the events. These included: 100m sprint, long jump, and the vortex throw. Due to the rain the rest of the events were cancelled so she missed out on the discus, shot and high jump. We had practiced how to start the sprints at school during PE time. She powered out of the start and you can see in the photo how she was using her arms and her eyes were focused ahead. She was motivated to push herself. Jasonta is very short for her age so she often has to work overtime to keep up with her peers.

Key Competencies/Vision Principles
Jasonta is always keen to join in physical activities. She is first to encourage and congratulate other students when they enjoy success at something. She relates well to others and through regular physical activity she is developing her capability and increasing her level of participation in sporting activities.
